New Whitley City Office Completed After much planning, seeking approval, etc., and six months of construction, the first of South Kentucky RECC’s construction projects has been completed. Monday, August 14, the new Whitley City office was opened for business. The new office is located at 51 Center Avenue, P. O. Box 338, Whitley City, Kentucky 42653. The telephone number remains (606) 376-5997 or (800) 264-5112. The next phase of the construction project will be to seek approval from the Public Service Commission to build Albany and Russell Springs’ offices.
