South Kentucky RECC Member Satisfaction Survey

You may soon receive a survey from South Kentucky RECC, your local Touchstone Energy Cooperative. We want you to know this is a legitimate survey from us, and your feedback is important!

We've randomly selected a group of members to participate in a member satisfaction survey to help us better understand how we're doing and where we can improve. The results will also be used to determine our American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) score.

If you receive a survey in the mail, you can complete and return it using the postage-paid envelope provided or submit your responses online using the link included in the mailing.

Your feedback helps us make decisions about the programs and services we provide and how we can better serve our members.
