Report An Outage
You can contact us by calling your local office or (800) 264-5112; then press 1. It’s important when using the automated outage reporting system that your account information be current, so please call and make sure we have the latest phone number and email for your account.
Members with a SmartHub account can report an outage by texting OUT to 855-927-3057. Outages can also be reported through the SmartHub app or by logging in to your SmartHub account on a desktop computer. Once reported, outages will be entered directly into our outage management system. If you have not yet signed up for outage texting or a SmartHub account, click here:
