Effective Tuesday, May 20, 2025, all Citizens National Bank branches will begin accepting payments on behalf of South Kentucky RECC.
Please keep the following details in mind:
1. Only cash or check payments will be accepted — debit and credit cards are not eligible.
2. Bring your bill with you when making a payment, or be prepared to show your account number via SmartHub.
3. Payments will be accepted through the bill’s due date.
For prepaid accounts:
• Payments on prepaid accounts can be made at Citizens National Bank, but please note they will take at least 24 hours to process.
• If your account has been disconnected due to lack of funds, we will not be able to restore service the same day using this payment method.
• For real-time payments and same-day reconnection, please add funds to your account through SmartHub.
We hope this additional payment option provides a small measure of convenience and support to South Kentucky RECC members.
